Privacy Policy

Account information such as name, flat/unit, email and phone number, provided when your society is onboarded or you sign up.

Operational data you enter, such as payments, expenses, visitor logs, notices and complaints.

Basic technical data such as device type and app version, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

When you request a demo, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, society name, email address, phone number, city and any message. We also record that you agreed to our Terms and this Privacy Policy, and the time you submitted the form.

We use these details only to contact you about Neutrax and to arrange and follow up on your demo.

To protect the form against spam and abuse, we store a hashed form of the network (IP) address the request came from, rather than the address itself, and use it only to limit repeated submissions.

We keep demo-request details for as long as they are needed for these purposes, and you can ask us to delete them at any time (see “Your choices & rights”).

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp — including through the WhatsApp links on this website — your phone number, profile name and messages are shared with us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use WhatsApp conversations only to reply to you and to help with your enquiry.

This website remembers your language choice (English or Hindi) in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.

Where website analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how visitors use the site — for example which sections are viewed and whether a demo request was completed. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We do not send the contents of the demo form to analytics.

To provide the Service — collecting maintenance, maintaining the ledger, managing the gate and community features.

To respond to enquiries and demo requests.

To secure the Service and this website, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not show advertising in the app, and we do not use your personal data for advertising.

Each society is a separate tenant. Row-level security is enforced so that a user can only access data belonging to their own society.

Sensitive actions, including payment verification, are validated on our servers.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service and this website, including: Supabase (database and backend infrastructure, which stores demo requests and app data), Google Firebase Hosting (website hosting), Google Analytics (website analytics, where enabled), WhatsApp / Meta (if you message us), payment processors, and email delivery providers.

We may disclose data where required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your society uses the Service, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can request export or deletion of data as described below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and your society's records obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your community's data safe.
