Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 June 2026

This policy explains what data Neutrax Society collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to run your society.

This document is a working draft for review.

What we collect

Account information such as name, flat/unit, email and phone number, provided when your society is onboarded or you sign up.

Operational data you enter, such as payments, expenses, visitor logs, notices and complaints.

Basic technical data such as device type and app version, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To provide the Service — collecting maintenance, maintaining the ledger, managing the gate and community features.

To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data isolation

Each society is a separate tenant. Row-level security is enforced so that a user can only access data belonging to their own society.

Sensitive actions, including payment verification, are validated on our servers.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, payment processors, cloud hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it.

We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your society uses the Service, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can request export or deletion of data as described below.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and your society's records obligations.

To make a request, email neutraxsociety@gmail.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your community's data safe.
