By accessing or using Neutrax Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a housing society or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Neutrax Society provides software to help residential societies manage maintenance collection, accounts, visitors, staff and community communication.

We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Access to the Service is role-based. Committee members, residents, guards and staff receive only the permissions appropriate to their role.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

The Service may facilitate the collection of maintenance and other dues through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by our payment partners under their terms.

Cash and offline payments recorded in the Service are subject to verification by an authorised committee member. The society remains responsible for the accuracy of its own financial records.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to another society, disrupting the Service, or uploading unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or threatens the security of the Service.

Your society's data belongs to your society. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may request an export of your data at any time. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

The Service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
