How we protect your society's data.
A society app holds names, phone numbers and money. Here's what we do to protect it — and what we don't claim.
No ads. We never sell your data.
The Neutrax app has no ads — not for the committee, not for residents, not for guards or helpers.
We never sell your society's data or your members' personal data, and we don't use it for advertising. Your society pays for the app; that's how we earn — not from your data.
Each society's data is separate
Every society is a separate tenant. Row-level security in the database means a user can only read data that belongs to their own society.
Members of one society cannot see another society's data.
Access by role
Secretary, treasurer, committee member, resident, guard and helper each have their own permissions, and the secretary decides who gets which role.
Each person sees only what their role allows.
Payments
Online payments go through our payment partners, such as Razorpay. We don't store full card details.
Cash is recorded by the resident and approved by the treasurer or secretary, with the approver's name and time kept on record.
Payment verification happens on our servers, not on the phone.
Data in transit
Data between the app, this website and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Your data stays yours
Your society's data belongs to your society. We use it only to run Neutrax for you.
You can ask for an export of your society's data at any time.
This website
Demo requests are checked on our server, stored in a database with no public access, and protected from spam by rate limiting.
The site sends strict security headers, including a Content Security Policy.
